Purpose of filing system

The personal information collected is used for storing and managing customer information and for invoicing, communication and marketing purposes, for the development, provision and production of various services and for maintaining reservations and itemising services, as well as maintaining and contacting the customer relationship.

Customer information is collected and processed with the customer’s consent and as permitted by law. Information is collected in connection with the booking of services from contact forms and requests for quotations or through our online store. Backby also acquires personal information from external databases.

Data content in filing system

We only collect relevant information for reservations, such as name, date of birth, gender, address, telephone number and email address. Backby has the ability to collect hotel check-in information, default language, purchase history, booking requests, trip information, roommate information, travel restrictions and other information we receive when using our services to improve the quality of our services.
