LAVIS dance exercise
Easy, fun and sweaty exercise to the rhythm of traditional Finnish dance music. You dance on your own, not with a pair, so there is no danger of anyone stepping on your toes. One of the principles of the lavis dance exercise is that the dance steps and choreographies are so easy that even the most unpractised dancer can get involved.
Everyone can adjust the effort used during the one-hourly exercise according to their own fitness level. We dance familiar dances such as waltz, humppa, jenkka, rock/jive, fusku and salsa. 45 min
