Backby Manor and the adjacent buildings contain several meeting rooms, all with a view of the soothing environment of the courtyard.
The facilities can be adapted to different meeting needs and group work rooms according to your wishes. All meeting rooms are equipped with modern meeting technology and wireless internet access, flipchart and markers, and notepads and other stationery. All our main meeting rooms are air-conditioned or cooled.
There is plenty of free parking in the courtyard.

Vilpola in the manor house is a bright room with a peaceful view of the manor park. It is easy to breathe and let the ideas fly in this room. Vilpola is ideal as a room for banquets and also for meeting use.
The Kavaljeeri room in the romantic courtyard building provides exquisite privacy and peace for your meeting. This room has a modern setting and technology for meetings.
The room, which once served as a guest room, was named after the last family living in the manor. This room has access to a balcony.
The Kirjuri meeting room can accommodate up to 20 people.
Kallio has highly appropriate technology.
Vaahtera is a modern meeting room with the latest meeting technology. The fireplace also renders the room a unique and comfortable place to spend the evening.
Lehmus is well suited for use as a group work facility for about 20 people sitting on green chairs.
The two rooms named after the children Kaarlo and Thelma of Ernst Felix von Freymann, who once owned the manor, are identical and of the same size. These former children’s rooms can comfortably cater for the meeting and group work needs of six people each.
The facilities of Väentupa are well suited for both creative and casual meetings! Väentupa has two separate rooms, and depending on the nature of the meeting day you can choose to get together at the table or on the sofas in the cosy room with a fireplace.
